3. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools for authentication, analytics, hosting, and data processing, including:
- Clerk (authentication and user identity)
- OpenAI (AI-powered recommendations)
- Render (app hosting and backend infrastructure)
- New Relic (performance monitoring and error tracking)
- Stripe (payment processing for coaches and paid pods)
- Zoom (optional — for coaches who connect their own Zoom account to host live sessions)
These providers have their own privacy policies.
Zoom integration. If you choose to connect your Zoom account, we access your Zoom profile (such as your name and email) and create and manage meetings on your behalf. To do this, we store an encrypted authorization token for your Zoom account. You can disconnect at any time in the app, and removing our app from your Zoom account will revoke our access and delete the stored token.
4. Data Sharing
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share personal or fitness data with advertisers.
- We may share limited anonymized data to improve app performance or comply with legal obligations.
